It identifies the percentage of manufacturing time that is truly productive. An OEE score of 100% means you are manufacturing only Good Parts, as fast as possible, with no Stop Time. In the language of OEE that means 100% Quality (only Good Parts), 100% Performance (as fast as possible), and 100% Availability (no Stop Time).

OEE is calculated from the day wise Production data, where – Scheduled Hours = Planned Hours - Planned Stoppage Hours Available Hours = Scheduled Hours - Availability Loss Hours Performance Hours = (Produced_Qty X STD Cycle_Time) / 3600 OEE Computation A-Rate = Available Hours Scheduled Hours P-Rate = Performance Hours Available Hours Q-Rate = Produced Qty. – Rejected Qty. Produced Qty. OEE = A-Rate x P-Rate x Q-Rate

Division Role – These users can view across all Channels in their Division(s), and 3. Channel Role – These users can view related to their Channel(s) ROLES
