the banks
 Maintaining all leasing agreements with third party

workers compensation claims.

 Main responsibility is maintain and monitor
timesheet, equipment and personnel utilisation
report and also to control cost functions.
 Control by checking every invoices for project and
responsible to guide validity of cost allocation
 Responsible to verify and controlling local content in
every project to keep stability of company’s
commitment to client
 Provide internal personnel utilisation and internal
equipment utilisation every month
 Develop and implement the Monthly Utilisation List
for internal assets ie. vessel, ROV, equipment and

 Responsible to make Profit & Loss report and
distribute to project managers every month to make
projection/forecast for company’s project
 To provide cost recovery / utilisation of major internal
assets
 Coordinate closely with Accounting in gathering
the information on revenue and costs
 Provide and distribute minutes of operations meeting
every twice a week
 Maintain project management folder and record all
project management document continually

 Ensure good coordination & cooperation to all
people

 Assisting General Manager & Operations Manager for
daily duties
 Arranging crew change accommodations such as
transport, hotel, flight, etc.
 Liaise directly to client regarding personnel
registration
 Liaise directly to agent to process work permit and
escorting for personnel

documentation for project such as form, matrix,
