- About I am an educator motivated by helping all students and teachers be successful. I work with students to help them realize their strengths and challenges, and help staff members understand how to ensure their instruction reaches all students in their classroom. I believe that high expectations and targeted support enable students and teachers to be the best they can be. I also believe community interaction and parent involvement are necessary to ensure student success and positive environment in schools. I hope this is evident in my work to help Next School Eagle Ridge achieve excellence in instruction and student outcomes.
