The document is a product work log for a volunteer at the Southeastern Railway Museum. Over the course of several dates from January to March, the volunteer gains experience conducting train runs at the museum, starting with observation and then taking on increased responsibility as a conductor under supervision. On the last date summarized, the volunteer is unable to conduct runs until completing certification but assists with other tasks like ticket sales.
