It initiates a process of strategic planning. 2. Try to Eliminate Its Occurrence The best way to deal with ethical dilemmas is to stop their occurrence in the first place. That is why activities such as the establishment of ethics codes and codes of conduct are so important. It introduces employees to ethical considerations and
