Please review and complete the following to request a new group on the Salesforce Success Community. Group Goal & Business Case: What is your overall goal of having a group on the Salesforce Success Community? Proposed Group Name: How are you planning to brand your group? Note: If you have a public group, please make sure that Ofcial: is at the beginning of your group name. For example, Ofcial: Communites Implementaton Moderators: How many moderators will you dedicate to your group? Group Expectatons: What are the response expectatons you will set for your group members? Is your group Private or Public? Sample content: What type of content do you expect to push out to your group? Will you use standard topics? Success Metrics: How will you determine the success of the group? Standard salesforce.com Messaging: Please place the following messaging at the botom of the “Descripton” feld in your group to designate it is an “ofcial salesforce.com group”. This group is maintained and moderated by a salesforce.com employee(s). The content received in this group falls under the ofcial Safe Harbor. Please also see our ofcial Salesforce Customer Community Terms of Use. Please also follow the instructons on adding the “ofcial” logo designaton to your community group profle image found here. This will visually show all community members that your group is an “ofcial” salesforce.com group.
