Salesforce MVP™ Program Terms&Conditions Overview The Salesforce MVP program recognizes exceptional individuals within the community for their leadership, knowledge, and ongoing contributions. It is meant to inspire them to create content, share ideas and become stronger brand evangelists. Individuals are selected after a review of their contributions both online and offline. There are a few main elements to the program: The MVP term will be for 1 year New MVPs will be invited to join the program three times per year, approximately aligned with each release Inductees will be expected to maintain professional conduct and meet certain responsibilities and expectations, as summarized below MVPs can be re-inducted after their one year term is up based on their prior year’s contribution. All MVP’s will be expected to participate in one of four MVP Teams to provide momentum, engagement and contribution to the MVP Program Recognition Requirements Key characteristics of an outstanding MVP candidate include: Accessibility – Participating in the community at least 9 days per month, either on or through social channels (e.g., blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) Expertise – Having a strong understanding of the product and the needs of the community Responsive – Responding regularly to questions and contributing to the knowledge of the community Leadership – Representing the spirit of the community and bringing the voice of the customer back to

Advocacy – Being a brand advocate for the product and jumping in to defend the company when necessary Team Player – Collaborating with fellow MVP’s within teams to help grow the program Benefits and Responsibilities The program seeks to boost the influence of the MVPs, both within the community and with their peers. Benefits include: Access to insiders and special engagements with our product and marketing teams Early access to previews, products, features, and releases Invitations to provide leadership and moderate community forums Speaking opportunities at Dreamforce and other industry events MVP networking events with Salesforce executives MVP Summit to provide feedback to the Salesforce Senior Executive team An MVP badge on community profiles An MVP Rickshaw laptop bag An MVP trophy and certificate MVP Premier Success Plan Limited rights to the “Salesforce MVP” signature and logo Responsibilities include: Ongoing contribution and engagement in the community to the tune of at least 9 days a month

Contribution to the “Accomplishment” doc that highlights the MVP’s community contribution throughout the year Team participation – MVP’s will be placed into one of four teams that require participation from all our MVP’s. The Fine Print reserves the right to make MVP selection decisions and to revoke MVP status at anytime and in its sole discretion. Acceptance of the MVP designation constitutes permission for and its agencies to use MVPs' names and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the MVP program, each MVP agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the MVP program, harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the MVP program including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond’s control that may cause the MVP program to be disrupted or corrupted; and (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the MVP designation or from participation in the MVP program.

Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, the MVP program must be brought in either the federal courts located in the Northern district of California or the state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
