6. HOW TO CLAIM CONSUMER RIGHTS ?Now lets find out what do if any of our consumer
rights get violated.
According to the new Consumer Protection Rights
Act 2019, the consumer has right to file complaint
to district, state, or national commission .
He or she need not to hire a lawyer for filling the
suite.
According to new act a complaint can be filed
online on 3 commissions based on the amount of
dispute.
If the two parties don’t settle mutually then the
case is taken to consumer court.
7. CONSUMER RIGHTS AWARENESS
Despite digital age and online filing of consumer complaints the
consumers are not aware about their rights.
