A private wheelchair accessible water taxi will meet you at the cruisedock to comfortably bring you directly to St. Mark’s Square.• You’ll spend the morning exploring St. Mark’s neighborhood using the Venice Accessibility Guide by Sage Traveling followed by a 2.5 hour tour of St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace in the afternoon.• A wheelchair accessible water taxi will transport you back to the cruise dock at the end of your Venetian Empire wheelchair accessible shore excursion.

  5. 5. MorningIn the morning, you are free to explore St. Mark’s neighborhood using theaccessible routes and advice included in the Venice Accessibility Guide bySage Traveling.

  7. 7. • You can visit the Correr Museum (accessible entrance shown below on the left), the Campanile, and see the Bridge of Sighs from the nearby ramped bridge (shown below on the right).• You could also have a cup of coffee at the tables lining St. Mark’s Square or shop in some of the wheelchair accessible boutiques.

LunchLunch at one of the accessible restaurants on St. Mark’s Square or one ofthe nearby side streets.1 pm to 3:30 pm – You will have a 2.5 hour private tour of St. Mark’sBasilica & Doge’s Palace. Your Heart of Venice Accessible Tour will use thewheelchair accessible ramped entrance to the St. Mark’s Basilica (shownbelow on the left) and the wheelchair accessible route through the Doge’sPalace (Doge’s Palace wheelchair ramp shown below on the right).
