Preparation procedures • Strongly recommended to upgrade to the latest service pack before you upgrade to the current version. • If you’re on 5.6, it can be upgraded to ERP 2012 directly. • Run Day End (If Inventory Control is installed) • Post all open batches • Don’t Forget the 3rd party solutions • Check Data Integrity and Correct any errors

  11. 11. Performing Upgrade Steps for Sage 300 ERP - Uninstall the previous version of System Manager - Install Sage 300 ERP Programs - Install the latest Product Update - Enter License Information - Activate your data
  12. 12. Post Upgrade Procedures For Sage 300 ERP - Run Data Integrity for each module - Run selected reports to confirm information is the same - If you want information about the latest database and report changes for any application, check the TECHINFO and FORMS documents on the Portal.
