  7. 7. Impact Mapping Levels Level Question Content Details 0 Why? Goal Why such a thing would be useful? 1 What? Actors Who can produce the desired effect? Who can obstruct it? Who are the consumers or users of the product? Who will be impacted by it? 2 How? Impacts How should our actors behavior change? How can they help us to achieve the goal? How can they obstruct or prevent us from succeeding? 3 What? Deliverables What can we do, as organization or a delivery team, to support the required impacts?

Get the agreement on possible goals Apply metrics as well for impacts level Measure definition template - scale - meter - benchmark - constraints - target Discover real goals Define good measurements Plan the first milestone Draw the skeleton map Find alternatives Aim for one objective Use dot voting/ virtual cash for priorisation Put the first milestone in center.
