Live® ECONOMIC TALKING POINTS CEO Confidence falls sharply on rising global fears • According to the Conference Board, 4th quarter CEO Confidence fell 13 points from 55 to 42, the lowest reading in 6 years. A reading below 50 indicates more negative than positive responses. • While the main causes of the decline are international, not domestic, it is possible for prolonged uncertainty to reduce growth and hiring in the US if such conditions persist.

Live® ECONOMIC TALKING POINTS Liquidity declines slightly in most US markets according to RCA • RCA’s index of commercial real estate asset liquidity fell overall, but 18 of the 55 markets tracked. The moves were generally small, but show an increasing trend of lower capital activity and depth across the nation. • While this may have some warning signs in some situations, savvy buyers can use lower interest to better deals and acquire well price assets.
