Measured through October, asset prices are up 15.9% year- overyear, the highest annual appreciation rate on record. Moreover, commercial prices are up 1.7% month-over-month. ○ After initially coming out of the gate slow into the pandemic recovery, commercial real estate assets in Major Metropolitan markets are beginning to see some significant pricing momentum.
