We invite you to place your investment in a registered managed investment scheme. The participants in this investment, without any bank involvement, fund the ‘manufacture’ of the property. When these properties are sold, any profit from this process is returned to you; the investor. Unlike the traditional property investment model, you choose the level of your investment. The time period for the return of your principle and profit is relatively short, and you can spread your investments over several developments, supporting diversification of your funds. The cost parameters of the development you choose to invest in are known and transparent. All known costs are disclosed to investors. We get your money right to the place where the value is created and the money is made. There are no banks involved to extract your returns.
