A home with a unique charm and set in a beautifully laid-out garden with a rich variety of Mediterranean trees and plants, amongst others a gum tree, an orange and a lemon tree and an olive tree that is said to be around 100 years old; something for real nature lovers.
The amazing Koi pond is not the only highlight, but also the interesting surrounding wall or the spacious extension to the main house with its real wooden ceiling are some special features.
Several terraces around the house and the nice pool area with relax area offer sun areas all year round or cool shady spots during the hot summer months.
A very special place however is the veranda right next to the house where you can feel a very special atmosphere when dining with friends on the table or enjoying tea on the sofa.
The interior area has a clever layout: the kitchen opens up to the lovely living area with the gas fireplace in the centre and continues into the comfortable dining area, all with views towards the garden and on to the La Mata Salt Lake on the horizon. The two bedrooms are in the quietest area of the house, together with the spacious bathroom.
Guests can be hosted in the separate flat with its on-suit bathroom in the lower part of the house. The garage space can also be used as workshop or as a big storage room.
There is also an acclimatized pantry to store food. “Casa Marita” sits on a slightly elevated spot in one of the best areas in Ciudad Quesada and very close to the Quesada Bowl Club and less than a 5 minute drive to the well buzzy Avenida de Naciones with all shops, restaurants and amenities. The popular village of Guardamar with its 10km white sandy beach and pine trees are just 10 minutes away. “Casa Marita”, for nature lover.
