  6. 6. What do we do? We are specialists in luxury hotels' and resorts' gift voucher solutions in the UK; providing their gift voucher website, management system and fulfilment...
  7. 7. ... alongside a passionate service.
  8. 8. Who do we do it for? We work with over 300 of the most luxurious (and loveliest) hotels in the UK. ...Gleneagles Hotel, Corinthia Hotel London, Celtic Manor, Four Seasons Spa, The Ritz Hotel London, The Savoy and The Grove, Rocco Forte Collection , Exclusive Hotels ,Elite Hotels, Blythswood Square, Chester Grosvenor, De Vere Hotels, Handp...
  9. 9. Why do we do it? The reason SK Chase is in business, is to enable other people in business to focus on what they doing. We want to make business easier for them.
  10. 10. What helps us do it? Our culture.
  11. 11. But what is culture? Our culture is the driving force behind our business
  12. 12. “Culture is a set of shared beliefs, values and practices” At SK Chase we describe our culture as the behaviours and actions we take to support us, our business and our clients.
  13. 13. Why is culture so important to us? Because we are building a business we love, supported by a great culture. And... We want to recruit people who will add to our culture in their own unique way.
  14. 14. Some of the ways we ‘do’ our culture  We use our intent (purpose), vision and values to guide us in all our business decisions and interactions...  We trust and are honest...  We are self- responsible and strive to be the best we can be...

  16. 16. What’s it all about? Here’s a little bit more about our intent, vision and values...
  17. 17. Our intent is to set free (that means to make things easier!) An intent is another word for purpose. The intent is the ‘why’ of the business.
  18. 18. Our vision is to build our business and be proud of all we are and do. Our vision supports us in the present and helps us plan for the future.
  19. 19. Our values are to be courageous, true and fair to all. We use our values as a guide every day.
  20. 20. To summarise... Our culture describes everything we do; it means the world to us.
  21. 21. How do we bring our culture to life? We all measure and record how we are contributing to our culture. These are reviewed regularly (and for new employees at their 1, 2 and 3 month review).
  22. 22. “Culture is a set of shared beliefs, values and practices” At SK Chase we describe our culture as the behaviours and actions we take to support us, our business and our clients.
