The FREE Network first online workshop organized as part of the Forum for Research on Gender Economics (FROGEE) supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). The workshop will combine seminar presentations of academic papers focused on issues related to gender inequality and online lectures on economics of discrimination given by prof. Daniel Hamermesh (Barnard College and IZA). The mornings will feature seminar presentations, while in the afternoon prof. Hamermesh will deliver lectures on “Unusual Aspects of the Economics of Discrimination”
