Our conclusions • e-Procurement is more than IT  applications and tools are part of the core processes  process alignments and organizational adaptations  Inclusion in tender strategies and contracts / FA’s • Acceptance increase with  ease of use  useful and intuitive functions  integration in own business processes (CPB, CA’s and suppliers)  clear guidelines & policies at the customers • e-Procurement needs professional support  help- and service desk for end-user  offering comprehensive training curriculum  continuous improvements and further developments • Roll out is a long term approach and a change journey 5
