Central Purchasing Agency New COMPETENCES • Unifies technical specifications through setting of common standards for goods, services and works to be procured and preparing catalogues; • Monitors the implementation of contracts and framework Agreements after their signature and sends the report to PPA. 6

Results of the reform • CPA already established • Increased number of Framework Agreements (used by all Cas)  400 FAs during the January-April 2018 period compared to 61 FAs of last year. • Decreased number of negotiated procedures without prior publication of the contract notice:  339 for the January-April 2018 period compared to 1,699 of last year. 9
