3. Article 2. Basic definitions
electronic public services – public services provided in electronic form, fully or partially
automated, with the use of electronic communications and information technology and available
to be accessed through web applications, mobile applications or special devices of public services
provision;
Article 18. Results of public services provision
(2) Documents as a result of public services provision are issued in electronic form. As an
exception, at the request of the beneficiary of public services or if it is provided by the
applicable normative acts, the documents as a result of public services provision may be
issued on paper.
Article 19. Electronic public services provision
(1) The provision of electronic public services is carried out through the implementation of the
one-stop shop, using in this sense the Government Public Services Portal.
Article 1. There is established the Front-Office Digitization platform, being the property of
state.
Article 4. Ministries, ... public institutions ... that provide public services, ... will use FOD as the
first informational solution for the development of electronic services.
... documents containing data from state registers are issued in electronic form... Electronic
documents containing data from registers downloaded from the governmental Citizen Portal
and from the governmental Entrepreneur Portal are signed electronically by the owner of
these portals and have the same legal value as the extracts issued on paper.

MSign.
