FDI DEPARTMENT “ One stop information shop” Gathering economic, statistical, and legal information; Finding suitable construction land and/or underused manufacturing capacity; Organizing visits of potential local business partners for interested foreign investors; Presenting completed investment projects; Carrying out detailed studies of the most important commercial sectors
Non-refundable financial assistance for new investment projects, in according with the decree on attracting direct investment; Applications are submitted to SIEPA, after which projects are assessed and a commission decides on awarding funds; Investment projects are scored on 9 criteria such as: investment amount and location, impact on exports, participation of domestic suppliers, and others; FINANCIAL INCENTIVES GRANT SCHEME
