Student Academic Resource Center Peer Tutoring Contract - Spring 2012 Performance Responsibilities 1. Prepare for and conduct group tutorial sessions in pre-designated subject areas. Create subject matter and study skills handouts as tutees demonstrate a need. 2. Attend and participate in all tutor training seminars and workshops unless otherwise excused due to illness or class conflict. 3. Abide by and uphold all agreements within the Tutor Manual such as the Private Tutoring Policy. 4. Complete, sign and submit timesheet accurately, truthfully and on-time. 5. Complete self-assessments and receive feedback on written evaluations with a commitment to Peer personal growth. 6. Maintain an orderly, clean, and collaborative lab space. 7. Assist with promotion of SARC tutorial services throughout campus. 8. Communicate professionally with UCF faculty and student organizations in your designated subject- matter.Tutoring 9. Provide tutorial review sessions as needed or requested by students (Review sessions are optional and should be discussed and arranged with supervisor in advance). 10. Lead and participate in SARC activities and events such as Academic Success workshops and tutor training seminars, as requested and planned. Responsibilities of Personal ConductContract 1. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times including appearance, dress, hygiene, attitude, and written and verbal communication with staff, students, and faculty. 2. Adhere to all deadlines and schedules with punctuality. 3. Treat others with respect, warmth and dignity. 4.
