Due to an increasing customer base andbusiness demand, it recruited and hired 750 new employees, opened two new offices,and incorporated changes for over 1500 human resources (HR) in one fiscal year. Theclient was supporting its employees from an array of separate legacy HR systems. Thelack of integration between these systems and high volume of transactions made HRprocesses difficult to handle, and caused delays, communication issues, and errors.With such a large staff to manage, the client needed a unified solution for all talentmanagement processes.
