Agile is not anti-planning.pptx

  1. 1. Agile is not anti-planning If anyone tells you there is no place for project planning in agile projects, think again.

Editor's Notes

  • Agile probably requires more planning on the part of a team. Planning is spread throughout the whole development exercise rather than at the front, and it involves the work of everybody rather than one or two individuals.

We make our plans on the assumption that they may change; cadences like sprint planning and backlog refinement are designed for iterative development.

Ever heard of the agile planning onion? If you haven’t, talk to the Ekipa Consultancy team to learn more about becoming more adaptive and plan without sticking to
    a preconceived project roadmap.
