I live in Atlanta, Georgia, and work as a global
project coordinator for Processminer, Inc.
Processminer is an AI company that offers
SaaS (software as a service) platforms to the
manufacturing industry.

What do you do today?

All the preparations for the Lucia Festival. We
were working on that project during the entire
traineeship and it was a great memory to finish
off my traineeship with that big festival.
What is your best memory when you
were a trainee at SACC Georgia?

Why did you apply for this traineeship?
I had previously worked at the Swedish embassy in
Bangkok, Thailand but ever since I was a kid, I
always had this dream of going to America. So after
finishing my master’s degree in political sciences at
the University of Gothenburg, I wanted to
experience the United States.

My life is great in Atlanta and I feel very
settled. I feel comfortable since I have all my
friends, my work, and all my outside activities
here.
How is your life in Georgia?

What’s your role at ProcessMiner?
I am the project manager that handles all the
communication between the data scientists,
the developers, and the customers/business
partners. I'm in between all of those actors to
make sure that the communication gets
coordinated correctly and that the action items
get implemented.

What advice would you give to
prospective interns?
Do it!!!
Apply and get that experience. I think the
traineeship at SACC GA is very valuable
because of the network interactions with
Swedish related companies in Georgia, and also
in other states.
The experience will help you when you get back
to Sweden.
