Do you consider yourself a leader? We all have the potential to lead, and it doesn’t have to require the role. It all starts with how we approach leadership and what’s the mindset you need to live up to responsibility.

This talk and workshop will explore what it means to be a leader, and how to prepare yourself each day for the challenge. Come prepared with an open mind and to share your thoughts on what leadership looks like.

“Leadership is not about a title. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers.” Robin S. Sharma - Writer and Motivational Speaker
