All references must have known the applicant for at least 6mths A career manager is defined by IIBA as the person who is responsible for providing and preparing the applicant’s annual performance review. Project managers cannot be references unless they are also the applicant’s career manager. The reference form must clearly indicate they fill both roles or the reference will not qualify. The Exam Centre Submit application to IIBA® Receive approval and admission letter (i.e., Notice to Schedule Examination) • includes a User ID and Password to register online for the test centre and test date of their choice • Exam Centres are in Johannesburg and Cape Town. 33 © I n t e r n a t i o n a l I n s t i t u t e o f B u s i n e s s A n a l y s i s9.
