Phase 1 Research – Becoming Subject Matter Experts 5 • Become subject matter experts • Variety of research sources - e.g. academic journals, books, internet sources, videos, popular movies, interviews • Each entry will include the title of the resource, a description of the content and a description of how this resource could be valuable to your project • Each team member will contribute a minimum of 4 research summaries. Two of them must be from academic journals

  7. Blog #4 • With this journal entry you are going to prepare your plan for facilitating one of your team’s group meetings. That means, preparing: • Content • Create the objective statement for your meeting – what is it that you are hoping to accomplish? • Create the agenda for the meeting – the specific topics you will need to address to accomplish your objective.

Blog #4 • Structure • Plan a brief icebreaker exercise you will do with your group • Identify how you will address the tools/elements that are part of structure (consider the logistics, how will ground rules be addressed, setting the tone, action planning, record keeping, evaluation • Process • Which process tools do you think you will need to use with your group? How will you prepare to be ready?
