A STRUCTURED WAY TO BREAKDOWN CORPORATE STRATEGY INTO THE IT STRATEGY • Achieving the World Class Hub strategy requires focus on customers and insight into other departments’ approach to the strategy in order to be proactive and holistic in the deliveries to the organization. • CPH A&T aim to be more agile through supporting business systems across CPH’s aeronautic as well as non-aeronautic processes. • We aim to deliver interconnected information through interconnected systems in order to achieve the strategy of becoming a World Class Hub. • In parallel with the strategy execution CPH A&T must deliver operational cost efficiencies and –savings. 14
