I AM (STATE YOUR NAME), A TRAINEDFIRST AIDER, CAN I HELP?• ACTIVATE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND REPORT BACK TO ME WHILE I’LL DO PRIMARYASSESSMENT OF THE VICTIM.– 1. Hey sir, hey sir, are you okay? (Repeat 2X)– 2. Victim is unresponsive!– 3. Open the airway & check the mouth for any obstruction. (Maximum head tilt)– 4. Mouth & nose are clear!– 5. Check breathing for 5 sec using Look, Listen, Feel (LLF)• 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005– 6. Victim is breathless!– 7. Give 2 initial Ventilatory Maneuver (IVM) or initial breaths.– 8. Check breathing & pulse for 10 sec using LLF.• Adult & Child- carotid pulse• Infant- brachial pulse• 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 10010– 9. Victim is breathless & no pulse!– 10. Follow up medical assistance & report back to me while I’ll perform CPR– 11.
