How do we efficiently store non-high frequency real-time and historical data and allow efficient data transfer to clients? What kind of server interface is needed to enable client-side query evaluation over both static and dynamic data? Research questions: Hypotheses: Store new data in lineair time, wrt amount of new data Retrieve data in lineair time, wrt amount of retrieved data Server cost is lower than for the alternatives (C-SPARQL, CQELS, ...)
