First American MLS has determined 95% of all issues experienced by users are firewall/pop-up blocker programs stemming from settings being too tight and most not allowing cookies. Programs like the Zone Alarm, EZtrust, and EzArmour by default turn on privacy settings. Default settings for privacy will block all cookies and ad/pop-ups. These and some other programs need to be disabled so reports and functions will operate correctly in Tempo. SI-TBSIE7 – V1 Page 1
