Served as the direct report for out sourced MRO and Stores company located on plant site. Created Purchasing position and procedures for Tecumseh plant.  Created and developed purchasing responsibilities for cellophane manufacturing plant Directed the biding process that resulted in a $1.6 million plant savings in 2002.  Implemented contracts for major chemical products that resulted in a further 5% savings in budget for 2003.
