  3. 3. STRATEGY  Reach one keep one  Expand the entrance door  Close up the Exit door  Work together as a Team to achieve plans
  4. 4.  Recruit more Women and get them involved  Explore and recruit Rotary Alumni  Improve the Public Image of Rotary  Bring in young Executives between ages 25-35  Extensive use of the social media
  5. 5.  Search for former Rotaractors and bring them back to the fold through Facebook Harvest.  Keep and use data bank of New Gen Graduates.  Continuous learning through Rotary Information  Charter more Clubs and bring in more numbers. TROIKA
  6. 6. We had a lunch meeting with our Assistant Regional coordinator for membership PDG GTG Toby at Lisbon in June 2013 to set those goals.
  7. 7. We met again in November, 2013 at Jerusalem and reviewed the efforts so far, saw likely challenges.
  8. 8. Data as at 30/3/14 Number of Clubs = 109 Number of Rotarians = 2886 New Clubs admitted 2013/2014 = 5 Net gain = 157 Short fall = 443 There is an urgent need for us to meet and review the Target based on current realities.
