  2. 2. Aim: To provide content that will help pharmacy professionals improve their practice and ultimately benefit patients.
  3. 3. Why? Existing publications do not deliver what pharmacists in Scotland need.
  4. 4. Existing Scottish publications – published every 2 months, no pharmacist input, based in Northern Ireland.
  5. 5. Why are we different? We are both pharmacists based in Scotland, with decades of experience in pharmacy and publishing.
  6. 6. • Owned a pharmacy in Glasgow. • Member of Royal Pharmaceutical Society Faculty. • Was on contractors’ committee, NHS committees, Numark Advisory Board. • CHP lead community pharmacist, CHP pharmacy champion. • Experience - manager with large multiple, locum. • Was editor of national pharmacy publications in London. • Freelance writer: all pharmacy publications, NICE, consumer healthcare companies. • Created a children’s medicines App: Kid-Dose.   13. 13. • We publish over 30 items a month. • Over 52,000 unique viewers in 6 months. • Minimum 5,500 unique visitors per month. • Our site is more popular than many other pharmacy publications. • Verifiable figures, unlike magazines (which only have distribution figures).
