Mr Rohit Chaturvedi is a result oriented professional with close to 20 years (Industrial Markets)
experience in Business Management, (P&L) Strategic Planning & Execution (launching new

Building, Leadership and Six Sigma Process Orientation across several industries. He has worked

Mr Kuldeep Bhardwaj has around 20 years experience in Consumer electronics, IT hardware,
Industrial product distribution, Construction and Infrastructure equipments business segments,
with a successful track record of Start-up of S&P 500 in India, P&L responsibilities, building OEM
business domestic & international markets and setting up distribution network. At Stanley
Works , Mr Bhardwaj started up their operations in India. He was responsible for legal entity

Alex J. Claypool

Alex has started-up, turned around and grown businesses in the US, China, Japan, Singapore
and Belgium for US Fortune 500 corporations and US private equity firms. While his industry
expertise is heavily weighted towards industrial products, the very first business he started,
and then sold in 1997, was Kids’ Best Products (KBP), an importer and distributor of children’s
gifts and accessories.

As founder and Managing Director of the US business Lancaster Holdings International, LLC
(LHI) and the Chinese business Lancaster Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (LKS), Alex
leverages his expertise in start-ups and turnarounds to consult for foreign businesses entering
China, or having difficulty achieving profitability in China. Alex and his employees at LKS have
supported foreign businesses in China for the last 11 years and have facilitated the China start-
up of more than 30 businesses from the US, Europe and India.

Alex attended Rikkyo University (Tokyo), the London School of Economics, has a BA from
Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He currently

introduced measures aimed at improving commercial efficiency leading to a spiraling growth in

In his prior assignment with the Control Group as Head of the ACB Division, he led manufacturing of
ACBs under license from Terasaki, Japan and technology transfer of Whipp & Bourne military
specification acb's for a major contract with the Indian Navy.

Lt. Gen. Arvind Kumar (Retd.)

He was commissioned into the Indian Armored Corps in 1964. As a young officer he was
lucky to take part in both the 1965 and 1971 Indo-Pak wars and has a wealth of operational
experience. During his service he held various important command and staff appointments
which included command of an armored brigade and an infantry division. He was also the
Chief of Staff of the Eastern Army Command. Finally he took over as the Dir Gen MECH
forces at Army HQ from where he retired in 2004 after a distinguished service of 40 Years. As
DGMF amongst his other duties he was responsible for formulating the training
requirements and doctrine of employment of the mechanized forces. He was also
instrumental in formulating and implementation of the policy of modernization and
enhancement       of    night    fighting  capability   of     the   mechanized       forces.

After his retirement he joined Asia Motor Works (a leading heavy duty vehicle Manufacture)
as a defense consultant. There he nurtured the growth of the AMW defense Wing and
successfully introduced AMW vehicles in the Border Roads Organization. In the defense
sector AMW is now a very active participant in responding to the army's requirement of 6*6
and 8*8 High Mobility Vehicles and development of Light Armored Multi Role Vehicles.

Thereafter he has joined Pun jCorporation Pvt. Ltd as a Defense Consultant.

Pradeep Chaturvedi

Mr. Pradeep Chaturvedi, is an internationally known Energy and Environment Expert. He has
been involved with the Studies Programme of the World Energy Council since early 1980s, and
has provided inputs for a number of WEC Studies. He has authored South Asia's concerns for
global reports on energy. Mr. Chaturvedi also Chaired the International Task Force of WFEO for
writing the Global Report on Sustainable Energy Engineering, released at the last WFEO
Convention in November 2009 at Kuwait.

He has been regularly conducting training courses for senior levels, mainly the Directors, in the
areas of Energy Policy, Energy Technologies, Technologies Transfer, Corporate Governance and
Corporate Social Responsibility. He is associated with a number of International Organisations
and MNCs as a Consultant.

Mr. Chaturvedi was involved in drafting India's Energy Conservation Act 2001 and Electricity Act
2003. He was a member of the Expert Group on India's Integrated Energy Policy released in
December 2008. Mr Chaturvedi is Chairman, Indian Association for the Advancement of Science;
President, Bio Energy Society of India; Vice President, Institute of Directors and Vice President,
World Environment Foundation. He is Vice Chairman, Energy Committee and Vice Chairman,
Committee on Technology of the World Federation of Engineering Organisations. .He is Graduate
in Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
