We have tried to choose as many topics as possible to provide the most up-to-date information on the industry. We have incorporated speakers from the Telcos and the vendors to enable the registrants to obtain and interact with those selling the product as well as those using the product. The conference will be held at Springlake Metro Technology Center in Oklahoma City. Please do not send your registration material to Springlake Metro Technology Center, but directly to the Oklahoma Telephone Association at the above address. Please note: It is very important that we have the e-mail address of all the registrants for the conference. Notebooks will not be provided at the Conference; instead the presentations will be available on our web-site after September 16, 2009. Those registered for the Conference will be able to obtain a copy of all presentations received prior to the Conference. Enclosed is a registration form and preliminary program. Please complete the registration and return to the Oklahoma Telephone Association no later than Monday, September 21, 2009. The Conference will begin with registration at 7:30 a.m. and will end at 4:30 p.m. Registration will also be available at the door on the day of the Conference. A conference hotel has not been chosen but, for your convenience, we have listed a few hotels within the area on the registration form.
