The reviewing activities have been motivated by IPTV Working Group, TTC (the Telecommunication Technology Committee) in Japan and the source companies have voluntarily participated in this effort. 2 Proposal and reason 2.1 Chapter 3 Definitions There are several abbreviations which are not referred or are not sufficient description at chapter 4 “Abbreviation and acronyms“ in this working document.
