1 Dragon Values Foundation: is a non-profit association responsible for issuing the quantity of Dragons
according to the yearly plan and their sale to investors. Is responsible to supervise all transactions on its
Public Blockchain Platform.
2 Investors: they invest in Dragons Bonds supporting for promoting and financing projects supporting the
Energy Transition. They will receive for it periodic dividend as shareholder.
3 Buyers: they purchase Dragons Bonds for reducing their environmental impact until they reach zero
emissions. The Foundation will use the money to reward producers for their certificates issued by inspectors
of the Dragon protocol.
4 Producers: they produce GHG reduction certificates and the Foundation will pay Dragons special bank
accounts, opened at their local Bank, (tCO2e) convertible in US$ as per the price listed by the World Bank.
Producer and Investors can be public or private, small or large communities and single entities.
5 Banks: the associated traditional local banks play a major role as they can better identify Investors and
Producer and operate their current accounts in Dragons/US$ in harmony with the protocols. No anonymous
users are allowed. They operate through their private Blockchain or Intranet. On behalf of their clients, they
register all transactions of Dragon Bonds and Dragon Certificates, via Blockchain.
6 Inspectors: check that the certificates follow the protocols of the Dragon Values Foundation and are
compliant for automatic registration in the Public Blockchain.
Parents and grandparents will be able to invest in the Dragons eco-system for the future of their descendants through
a local bank and verify their progress with their mobile phone via Internet..
