  5. 5. Principal Leadership Development The Principalship – HCDE Principals 43% with less than 3 years experience in HCDE Assistant Principals 62% less than 3 years experience in HCDE
  6. 6. Principal Leadership Development Overall Goal: Every school in HCDE will have an effective instructional, operational, and community leader that has been supported through a leadership pipeline before and during their tenure as principal.
