What’s in the formula?
Bromelain: A protein digesting enzyme found
in the pineapple plant that offers many health
benefits. Known for its potent digestive and anti-
inflammatory properties, bromelain can be used to
break down mucous in the airways and alleviate
symptoms associated with influenza. The enzyme
also improves the uptake of nutrients and applied
drugs, whilst reducing cell stress and activating
a healthy immune response. Recent scientific
evidence has emerged demonstrating the antiviral
properties of bromelain specifically against the
SARS COV-2 virus. The enzyme has been shown
to break down the viral spike protein and viral
receptors on the host cell, all of which prevents
the viral molecules from penetrating the cell and
causing infection.
Vitamin C: a powerful antioxidant that helps
the body repair and fight off infections. Sodium
ascorbate is a stable form of Vitamin C which is
more easily absorbed and remains in the body for
a longer period of time.
Zinc: helps support a healthy immune system and
improves metabolic function.
