Checklist for you  Are you prepared to make the transition in your company to use English?  Are you willing to invest in the time needed by your recruiter, HR general and the people involved in the selection process?  Do you have a fair vision on your culture? Does it fit in the long run?  Is it really that hard to find the right people?  adding HSM’s to your team can be a great win, but will never be a quick win!
