availed, advances and arrears.
 Generating salaries as per the calculation and attendance
 Follow up with the employees and supervisors in case of adjustments
 Responsible for the whole cycle of Leave Management
Training and development
 Conducting TNA to analyze the training priorities of the company
 Reviewing with the team heads and preparing the training plans
 Discussing the budget with the management for agreeable conclusion
 Designing the training session as per the resources and budget available
