Positioning the Intex Aqua 4 x as a leader in its price segment through influencers
Intex Technologies is a major player in the mobile handset, consumer durables and IT accessories arena in India. The Intex Aqua 4X was launched exclusively on eBay.in and offers the most advanced technology on the Android platform for its price.
Our objectives were to:
- Position the Intex Aqua 4x as a leader in its price segment
- Emphasize that the Intex Aqua 4x was available exclusively on eBay.in
- Maximise the impact of the product launch
We offered the solution to identify influential bloggers in the category of Technology and send them the Intex Aqua 4X in eBay packaging. We also wanted to encourage the bloggers to create unboxing videos and write reviews on the product to reinforce the brand's message that the product is a leader in its price segment.
The influencer panel comprised of Premium Technology bloggers from Metros and Tier 1 cities. We strategised a well-crafted pitch to entice the influencers to review the product. Unboxing Videos were also created which highlighted eBay Packaging underlining the marketplace as the exclusive place of purchase.
Technology influencers were identified based on their online and social presence, content quality, engagement and the level of influence among the target audience. Premium Influencers in the Technology Category were invited to participate and the content was closely monitored and filtered to ensure high-quality.
Ripple Links worked closely with the influencers to ensure that the Brand's message to the TG was prominent. Influencers were encouraged to share their posts on their social channels to amplify the campaign reach.
The campaign garnered a Total YouTube Reach of 12,000+, 42,000+ on Twitter, 82,000+ on Facebook, and 4,50,000 across the Web.
