    3. 4. Speculations to Causes <ul><li>The actual cause of the disorder is unknown. </li></ul><ul><li>Although, heavy pressure from parents to succeed and use of drugs are common factors in people with the disorder. </li></ul>

Symptoms <ul><li>Obsessive self interest </li></ul><ul><li>Need of constant attention or praise </li></ul><ul><li>Exaggerate talents and achievements </li></ul><ul><li>Self centered goals </li></ul><ul><li>Strong reactions to criticism </li></ul><ul><li>Being preoccupied with fantasies of power, love, and fame </li></ul>

Psychotherapy could take over several years to work due to the fact that the habits of narcissist are habitual. </li></ul>
