    2. 2. Your Kit
    3. 3. Build the Tallest Freestanding Structure:The winning team is the one that has thetallest structure measured from the table topsurface to the top of the marshmallow. Thatmeans the structure cannot be suspendedfrom a higher structure, like a chair, ceiling orlight.
    4. 4. The Entire Marshmallow Must be on Top:The entire marshmallow needs to be on thetop of the structure. Cutting or eating part ofthe marshmallow disqualifies your team.
    5. 5. Use as Much or as Little of the Kit:Your team can use as many or as few of the20 spaghetti sticks, as much or as little of thestring or tape. The team cannot use thepaper bag as part of their structure.
    6. 6. Break up the Spaghetti, String or Tape:Teams are free to break the spaghetti, cutup the tape and string to create newstructures.
    7. 7. The Challenge Lasts 18 Minutes:Teams cannot hold on to the structure whenthe time runs out. Those touching orsupporting the structure at the end of theexercise will be disqualified.
