    9. 9. Where an issue does arise... ... buy some time to consider your response
    10. 10. Remember that you are the expert at what you do... ... but that they are the expert in what they do
    11. 11. If you say you are going to do something... ... make sure you DO IT
    12. 12. Be honest... ... lose your integrity and you lose the relationship
