The peopleI work with listen to what I say because I amconfident with my speech.I never put others down even when I findmyself disagreeing with them. My talk is freefrom personal attacks because I focus on thesituation rather than on the individualperson. I react with tact as I have ability toseparate people from behaviors.When I have an idea I want to share, I do soin a timely manner. I always assert myselfwhen it is tough to get a word in. Icommand the attention of others as Iexpress my point of view. I speak up formyself so I can be at peace and feel I havedone the right thing.My self-confidence and self assurance isstronger than fear and doubt. I realize thatlife is too short to only make choices that aresafe.
