Requirements
There are no prerequisites for joining the Group
Coaching Program, it is open to all those who are
interested in exploring Transformational Coaching
through direct coaching experience.
Program Structure
How it works...
The first 3 weeks one person in the program will be
coached by Jeff Nthiwa. All other participants will
observe the session.
In the afternoon following the session, all
participants are invited to discuss insights,
observations, and learnings during the
transformational coach session with the volunteer
student.
Time Commitment
The program will run for SEVEN weeks. By the end
of the program each student in the program will have
coached once, and coached another student as the
class watches.
Registration
Program Tuition: Ksh 47,000/-
The total Course fee is Ksh 47,000/- to register and
pay your fee

You are not required to attend all 7
Saturdays. If your schedule does not
allow. Each class is recorded and made
available to you. You can request the
recordings and listen at your own time..
