Stage Gate Process Used: PDF (Project Delivery Framework)• Managed the rationalization of all business applications Portfolios, for numerous Shell locations to standardize all applications according to operational standards for all Shell locations. This was a Global project to implement a lock down environment of all desktops using Smartcard technologies.
